Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing a package on Whop or directly from kannounlabs.com, you enter a service agreement with Kannoun LLC. These terms govern the relationship.

2. Scope of work

Each package has a fixed scope listed on the /services page and reiterated in your kickoff document. Out-of-scope work requires a separate quote.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide brand assets, access credentials, and feedback within 3 business days of request.
• Ensure you own or have licensed all materials supplied to us.
• Sign off on milestones in a timely manner.

4. Delivery & timelines

Estimated timelines are stated per package. Delays caused by missing client input pause the clock without affecting the guarantee window.

5. IP & ownership

Upon full payment, you own all final deliverables. Kannoun retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential, indefinitely.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by the client for the relevant package. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 7 days' written notice. Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts of Kenton County, KY.
