1. Who we are
Kannoun LLC ("Kannoun", "we", "us") is a US-registered company based at 514 Savannah Dr, Walton, KY 41094. Contact: hello@kannounlabs.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account & billing data: name, email, billing address (collected via Whop or Stripe).
- Project data: brand assets, credentials, briefs, and files you provide during delivery.
- Communications: emails, Slack messages, call transcripts.
- Usage data: anonymized analytics on our website (page views, referrers).
3. How we use it
To deliver the services you purchased, communicate about your project, send invoices, comply with legal obligations, and improve our offerings. We never sell your data.
4. Sub-processors
We use Whop (checkout), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Gmail), Notion (workspaces), and Slack (messaging). Each is bound by their own DPA.
5. Retention
Project files are kept for 30 days after final sign-off, then permanently deleted on request. Billing records are retained 7 years for tax compliance.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@kannounlabs.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Access to client workspaces is provisioned per-client and encrypted at rest by our sub-processors. Credentials you share are stored in 1Password and revoked at the end of the engagement.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are communicated by email to active clients.
