Client completes payment on whop.com/checkout/... Whop sends the receipt and triggers our webhook.

Automated email from hello@kannounlabs.com containing: kickoff form link, Notion workspace invite, Google Drive folder link, strategist's calendar, and Slack Connect invite.

Kickoff form (5 min)
Client fills a short Typeform: brand assets, target audience, goals, access credentials (where needed). Triggers project creation in our internal Notion.

Private workspace goes live
Within 24h, the client receives owner-access to a dedicated Notion page + Drive folder containing the project roadmap, milestones, and deliverables as they ship.

Kickoff call (Day 1–2)
30-min strategy call on Google Meet. Recorded, transcribed, and added to the workspace. Roadmap is signed off at the end of the call.

Daily updates until delivery
Async updates in Slack Connect + weekly Loom walkthroughs. Final delivery handed off with a written sign-off doc + 14-day money-back guarantee window.
