Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked — by emailing hello@kannounlabs.com with your Whop receipt or order ID.

2. How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Whop purchases are refunded via Whop; direct purchases via Stripe.
• Processing takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. After the 14-day window

Past 14 days, refunds are evaluated case-by-case. Partial refunds may be issued for undelivered scope. Already-delivered work is non-refundable.

4. Deliverables after refund

Upon refund, access to project files, Notion workspaces, and Drive folders is revoked. You may not continue to use deliverables that have been refunded.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve nearly every issue within 24 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and permanent suspension.
